Avec un pro-skate tout fraîchement sorti et une tournée d'un mois à travers l'Europe, Montre Livingston n'avait d'autre choix que de faire étape à Paris pour y rouler les rues de la capitale avec le gang, amassant ainsi pas mal d'images. En voici quelques unes, capturées en direct et présentées aujourd'hui par notre photographe et ami Thibaut Vankemmel !

With a freshly released pro-skate and a month long tour in Europe, Montre Livingston had no choice but to stop in Paris to shred the streets of the city with the gang, and come up with some great content in the process ! Déjà, je ne sais pas pourquoi ce putain de spot de mort s'appelle Foch. Ma chère grand-mère, elle, m'a toujours dit que j'allais faire du roller au Pont Morand. Et son saucisson en brioche me fait plus croire en sa lyonnitude que le matos de Dubost. Faut croire que le métro a trop d'influence sur la jeune génération.

I personally have no idea why they call this fucking spot “Foch”. My dear grandmother always told me I was going to skate at the Morand bridge. And when it comes to knowing Lyon, I trust her cooking way more than Dubost's hasch. I guess the metro has too much influence on the younger generation nowadays.

A Lyon, apprendre le patin à roulettes peut être compliqué, parfois. Ce que je veux dire, c’est qu’il faut être solide pour survivre à l’Ecole de Foch, et à l'enseignement sous forme de taille verbale prodigué par des anciens tels Nicolas Bellini ou Thomas Pfluger.

Growing up skating in Lyon can be hard, sometimes. I mean, you have to be tough to survive the “School of Foch”, and the harsh comments of masters like Nicolas Bellini or Thomas Pfluger.
