Panos 2013 est un projet artistique urbain dirigé par Kanardo et le collectif Unchi présentant une cinquantaine d’artistes à travers la réalisation d’une centaines de panneaux de signalisation ! Le nom de cet événement fait référence à celui de la ville qui l’accueille, Lyon, qui était candidate pour être la Capitale Européenne de la Culture en 2013. Hélas c'est pas passé !

Panos 2013 is an urban artistic project, directed by Kanardo and the Unchi collective, presenting 50 artists throughout the customization of a hundred street signs. The name of the event refers to city it is held in, Lyon, which was also a candidate to be the European Capital of Culture in 2013. In the end though, another city was chosen instead.
