Leaving the park after a good but exhausting session in the morning sun, stopping by Rodrigo’s, right next to the freeway seems to be a good idea. They have whole meal for $ 4.80, which seems a pretty interesting choice for lunch, since it includes a drink of my choice, rice and beans on the side, and a whole Carne Asada burrito, with all the sauce I need to spice it up!

Let’s get directly to the point: the burrito is delicious, and the meat grilled just like I like it. The size of the beast is also a good point for a hungry stomach like mine, and the quality meets the quantity. The sides do their job as well, adding softer flavors to my burrito which is marinating in a true hot sauce bath. The meal as a whole is perfect, a little bit of everything I need, with a great taste!

This was definitely a great place to have lunch, especially after a cool session in a perfect place, under the perfect sun. I will have to conclude with some extra thanks for the chief (Rodrigo himself?) for his kindness and the great food. It feels great to be welcomed like a real restaurant critic when you mention the name FrenchyFries!
